Most community coaches don’t coach one team. They’re juggling a head-coach role with an assistant role with an academy block. PlayrPath stops asking them to keep three apps open.

Coach AI · suggestions, not decisions

An assistant coach who reads everything and never burns out.

PlayrPath’s Coach AI watches your roster, your past sessions, and your cross-sport load data. It surfaces three to five things worth your attention every week — with a suggested next step you can accept, edit, or ignore. You stay in charge. It just makes sure nothing falls through.

Frequently asked · by coaches

Coaches ask us these.

If your question isn’t here, our team usually replies in under an hour during AT working hours.

Do I get paid for using this? +
No — coaches don’t pay for PlayrPath, and we don’t pay you to use it. Your club pays a per-player subscription that covers every coach role on the platform. You sign in with the same account whether you head-coach one team, assist on another, and run academy on weekends.
Can I share my session plans with another coach? +
Yes. Session plans live in your personal library by default. You can share any drill or session template with another coach in your club (read-only or as a fork they can adapt). Many clubs maintain a club-wide library that all coaches contribute to and pull from.
What does the AI actually see? +
Your sessions, attendance, lineups, public match data, and aggregate load signals across the player’s sports (with parent consent). It does not see safeguarding case detail or PII unrelated to coaching. Every AI action is logged so you can scroll back and see exactly what was suggested when.
What about the mobile / sideline app? +
Same login, same data. The mobile app is built for game day — score, sub, tag, dictate. It works offline and syncs the moment you’re back online. The desktop dashboard you see here is for planning & review.
I have a session plan that works. Can I import it? +
Yes. Paste a Word doc, drop a PDF, or recreate it in our session builder. The AI can also extract drills from a long document into individual reusable cards so you don’t rebuild what already works.
Try it on your roster

An assistant coach who never sleeps.
And never tells you what to do.

We’ll load one of your teams into a sandbox. Plan a session, run a fake game, watch the summary draft itself. 45 minutes — no card, no commitment.
